HOW TO PURCHASE FROM US?

How fast can you make delivery?

We provide delivery to entire malaysia which inclusive, east malaysia, 

For Northern side such Perlis, Kota Bahru, Terengganu, Kuantan usually pick up on Friday and delivery to your door front on Saturday, Sunday or Monday by latest.

For Southern side such as Johor, Melaka, will take 1-2 days for delivery after full payment received.

For East Malaysia, minimum 3 weeks for shipping after dispatch to cargo.

Can i made urgent order?

Yes, for klang valley and KL area, fastest we made within a day, from design to printing and installation for the machine.

For outstation it will take 1-3 days for delivery. Special arrange upon request.

Do your machine ready stock?

Yes, all our machine is ready stock! We don't take pre-order. Kindly check with us before placing order.

Can i make my own sticker design for my machine?

Yes, we will send you outline template in AI / PDF file. Your design team can design follow by the guideline.

We will amendment into 3D view after receiving your design file.

What i need to prepare when the logistic arrive?

You do need to prepare 2 manpower for dispatch the machine from the truck.

Our stock will handover to third party logistic team for long distance delivery, driver only take part to deliver item to your shop front.

If you need special arrangement please do let us know in advanced.

How many weight for your machine?

Average machine weight at 120kg, please prepare 2 guys if you need to move the machine.
